Responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain the water treatment plant to provide safe, high-quality drinking water.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis on water.  
• Check wells, pumps, motors, gauges and recorders. 
• Adjust chemical feed systems to maintain water quality.
• Perform routine maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Missouri Driver’s License (Class F or higher)
• Ability to obtain a Missouri water treatment operator certification (MMU will provide training)
