In 2024, UE celebrates its 42nd year serving municipal clients throughout New Hampshire and Maine. With offices located in both Portsmouth and Concord, NH, we are a civil and environmental engineering firm specializing in engineering design of treatment and infrastructure for wastewater, drinking water, and stormwater—as well as civil roadways and utilities, construction services, and asset management planning. We are an industry leader for wastewater, water, and civil engineering.
At just about an hour north of Boston, the Granite State is home to several beaches, the white mountains, Lake Winnipesaukee, and some of the most beautiful fall foliage in the country.
