Company Overview
Parker Water & Sanitation District was formed in 1962 and is a political subdivision of the State of Colorado known as a Special District. Special Districts are quasi-municipal entities that provide services. Parker Water & Sanitation District supplies drinking water, water for fire protection and sanitary sewer services to its customers. The District serves the majority of the Town of Parker’s residents, as well as areas outside of the Town’s boundaries.
An elected five-member Board of Directors governs and its members serve four-year terms. Board meetings are held per the District’s Transparency Notice, as required under Colorado Revised Statutes Title 32, Article 1.
