Medical - Premiums 30% Employee 70% Company regardless of employee coverage level. Plan is a 125 Plan so deductions are taken pre-tax
Paid Sick - accrue 1 day per month up to maximum of 320 hours
Paid Vacation - 80 hours per year first 2 years then adds one day per year afterward to max of 4 weeks. Can carryover 80 hours per calander yaer. Vacation buy-back of up to 40 hours offered each December
Uniform allowance of $250.00 per year
After 1 year employment
Employee eligible for 457 plan with 6% match
11 Paid Holidays per year - employees recieve double time when working holidays
