Position Overview
LeakZon is at the forefront of innovative solutions to reduce water loss and improve water network efficiency. Our AI-driven platform and advanced tools empower water utilities to tackle Non-Revenue Water (NRW) effectively, enhance operational performance, and achieve sustainability goals.

 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with deep knowledge of the water distribution, a strong technical background, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs.

 Location

• Remote position (US-based, east coast preferred)
• Regular travel required

       Managing Director North America

 Key Responsibilities

•        Serve as a technical expert in the sales process, showcasing LeakZon’s solutions to prospective clients.
•        Identify customer challenges in water management, leak detection, and NRW reduction, and propose tailored solutions.
•        Build and maintain strong relationships with water utilities, municipalities, and other stakeholders in the water sector.
•        Provide technical support and guidance to customers during pre- and post-sale phases.
•        Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
•        Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team to ensure solutions align with market needs.
•        Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in water management.
•        Represent LeakZon at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Mandatory:

•        Proven experience in the water distribution, with a strong understanding of water management, leak detection, and NRW reduction.
•        Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
•        Track record of success in a technical sales or sales engineering role.

Preferred:

•        Background with US-based smart meter manufacturers or similar technology providers.
•        Familiarity with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and related systems.

Skills:

•        Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
•        Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
•        Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively.
•        Proficiency in GIS Tools (Such as ArcGIS), CRM software and sales tools.

 Travel Requirements:

•        Regular travel (40-50%) for customer meetings, team management, and industry events
