T&T Well Drilling LLC – Lakewood, Wisconsin
T&T Well Drilling LLC is seeking an experienced Water Well Drilling Rig Operator to join our growing team in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin.
We operate a rotary mud drilling rig and drill in a wide variety of formations, including:
- Sand and gravel
- Boulders
- Hard rock and granite
- Diverse geological conditions
In addition to well drilling, a significant portion of our work involves:
- Water well pump installation
- Pump service and troubleshooting
- Pump repair and replacement
- Water system maintenance
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a rotary mud drilling rig
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and climbing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
